Getting There

Metro
Take the Baku Metro (M1 line) and get off at the '28 May' station. After exiting the station, head towards the exit and turn left onto Nizami Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Targovi Street. Turn right onto Targovi Street and walk a few blocks until you reach the sea. You will see the Boulevard starting here, with its beautiful promenade along the Caspian Sea.
