From the edge of Icherisheher (Old City) near the Maiden Tower, follow the uphill pedestrian paths towards the Flame Towers. Continue past the Flame Towers, keeping them to your left, and follow the signs for Upland Park. This walk is free but involves a steep incline.

Take the Baku Metro to Icherisheher station. From the station exit, walk towards the Baku Funicular lower station located near Azerbaijan Carpet Museum. The funicular operates from Tuesday to Sunday. A one-way ride costs 1 AZN (approximately $0.60 USD), payable in cash at the ticket booth. From the upper funicular station, Baku View Point is a short walk away. A single metro fare is 0.40 AZN, and a BakiKart (required for metro travel) costs 2 AZN.
