For a budget-friendly option, take a local bus (Marshrutka) from Ganja to Göygöl city. From Göygöl city, you can then take a shared taxi to the lake, which is about 20 km away. The bus from Ganja to Göygöl city costs approximately 1 AZN, and the shared taxi from Göygöl city to the lake costs around 2-3 AZN per person. Keep in mind that this option may take longer due to waiting times and multiple transfers.

If you have a rental car, follow the well-maintained asphalt road leading from Ganja towards Göygöl National Park. Note that private vehicles are not allowed within the park itself. You'll need to park at the designated area near the park entrance and either walk or take a shuttle bus to the lake. Entrance fee to the Goygol National Park is 2 AZN. Parking is free at the park entrance.
