    From Korenmarkt, head southwest towards the Sint-Niklaaskerk (St. Nicholas' Church). As you walk, you will see the church on your left. Continue straight on the same path until you reach the intersection. At the intersection, turn right onto the Volderstraat. Keep walking straight until you reach the Botermarkt. Ghent City Hall is located at Botermarkt 1, which will be on your left. The walk should take around 5 minutes.
