    Train

    From Nieuwpoort, walk to the nearest bus stop and take bus number 1 to the Nieuwpoort train station. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to Brugge (Bruges). The train ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Brugge station, exit the station and walk straight ahead to reach the city center. The Church of Our Lady is located on Mariastraat, just a 15-minute walk from the station. Follow the signs to the Markt square, and from there, head southeast on Mariastraat until you reach the church.

    Bus

    From Nieuwpoort, you can take bus number 1 to the nearest major bus stop, which is in the direction of Brugge. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the next available bus. The bus ride takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Brugge bus station, exit the bus and walk towards the city center. The Church of Our Lady is approximately a 20-minute walk from the bus station. Head towards the Markt square and then continue southeast along Mariastraat until you reach the church.

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Nieuwpoort. Follow the cycle paths towards Brugge, which is about 20 kilometers away. The route is mostly flat and takes you through beautiful countryside. Upon reaching Brugge, follow the signs to the city center. Start by heading towards the N35 road, following the signs towards Brugge. Once you reach the outskirts of Brugge, follow the signs into the city center.
