Walking
From the Zeebrugge train station, head east on Zeebrugge-Dorp street towards the coast. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the street. Turn left onto the coastal promenade and follow it north. This will lead you to the tram stop 'Zeebrugge Strand'. Take tram line 1 towards 'Gent' and enjoy the scenic ride. Disembark at the 'Gent Dampoort' tram stop. From there, it's a short 15-minute walk to Ghent City Hall. Head south on Dendermondsesteenweg, then turn right onto the Sint-Veerleplein. Follow this road until you reach Botermarkt, where Ghent City Hall is located.

Start at the Zeebrugge bus station. Take bus number 33 towards 'Brugge'. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at Brugge station. From Brugge, transfer to train line IC (InterCity) towards 'Gent' and disembark at 'Gent-Sint-Pieters' station. Once you arrive at Gent-Sint-Pieters, take tram line 1 towards 'Gent Dampoort' and get off at 'Gent Dampoort'. From there, follow the walking directions provided earlier to reach Ghent City Hall.

From the nearest tram station in Zeebrugge, take tram line 1 towards 'Gent'. The tram will take you directly to Gent. Make sure to stay on the tram for about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Gent Dampoort tram stop, exit and walk south on Dendermondsesteenweg. Turn right onto Sint-Veerleplein and follow the road until you reach Botermarkt, where Ghent City Hall is located.
