Car
From Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary, head northwest on the Southern Highway (Hummingbird Highway) towards the town of Dangriga. After approximately 18 miles, take a right turn onto the Philip Goldson Highway (Hwy 1) towards Belize City. Continue on this highway for about 30 miles until you reach the intersection with the road to Crooked Tree. Turn left onto the road leading to Crooked Tree Village. Follow this road for about 5 miles until you reach the Crooked Tree Wildlife Sanctuary. Be prepared for some unpaved sections of road.

Public Transportation
From Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary, you can take a bus to Dangriga. The buses run frequently, and you can catch one from the nearest bus stop. Upon reaching Dangriga, transfer to a bus heading towards Belize City. Inform the driver of your destination (Crooked Tree) and they will drop you off at the crossroads where you need to turn off for Crooked Tree Village. From there, you may need to hire a taxi or walk the remaining 5 miles to reach the Crooked Tree Wildlife Sanctuary.
