From Glover's Reef, you can access the mainland by taking a boat to Dangriga (approximately 30-45 minutes, around $20-25 USD per person). Once in Dangriga, merge onto the Southern Highway (Hummingbird Highway, which eventually becomes the Southern Highway) heading towards Belmopan. Continue driving for about 45 minutes until you reach the Maya Center, which is about Mile 12 on the Southern Highway. Look for the signs for Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary. The sanctuary entrance is directly off the highway.
