Getting There

Walking
From the center of Paro town, head southeast on the main road (Paro-Thimphu Highway). Walk for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction near the Paro Dzong. Continue straight, following the signs for Paro Airport. After approximately another 1 kilometer, you will see a sign for the Bird's Eye View Point on your right. Follow this path uphill for about 500 meters until you reach the viewpoint.

Bicycle
From Paro town, rent a bicycle and head southeast on the Paro-Thimphu Highway. Make your way towards the Paro Dzong, which is approximately 1.5 kilometers away. Continue following the highway for another 1 kilometer, and look for the sign directing you to the Bird's Eye View Point on the right. Cycle up the steep path for about 500 meters to reach the viewpoint.

Local taxi or motorbike
If you prefer not to walk or cycle, you can hire a local taxi or motorbike in Paro town. Inform the driver you wish to go to the Paro Airport Bird's Eye View Point. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes. The driver will take you along the Paro-Thimphu Highway, and you can ask them to stop at the viewpoint where there is a small path leading up to it.
