Start your journey from Trebinje by heading west on the M6 road towards Dubrovnik. After approximately 30 kilometers (about a 30-minute drive), you will reach the border with Croatia. Ensure you have your passport ready for border control. Once you cross into Croatia, continue on the D8 road towards Dubrovnik. As you approach Dubrovnik, follow signs for the Old Town. You can park at the Pile Gate parking area (there may be a parking fee). From Pile Gate, walk to the harbor where you can catch a ferry to Lokrum Island. The ferry ride takes around 15 minutes and costs approximately 120 Croatian Kuna (about 16 USD) round trip.
