From the Pile Gate, enter the Old Town and walk along the Stradun (the main street). Continue straight until you reach the Onofrio Fountain. From there, take a left onto the narrow street called Ul. Od Puča. Follow this street until you reach the intersection with Ul. Josipa Jurja Strossmayera. Turn right onto Ul. Josipa Jurja Strossmayera. The Jesuit Stairs will be on your left side, just a few steps down the street.
