Public Transport - Bus
From Trebinje, walk to the main bus station located on the street 'Brajkovića'. Look for the buses heading towards Dubrovnik. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Dubrovnik bus station, you will need to walk to the nearby Old Town area where you can find the port to catch a boat to Lokrum Island. Follow signs for 'Gruz Port' from the bus station, it’s about a 20-minute walk.

Once you arrive at the Dubrovnik Old Town, head towards the Pile Gate. From here, proceed down to the waterfront where you will find the Jadrolinija ferry terminal. There are frequent ferries to Lokrum Island. The ticket price is approximately 150 HRK for a round trip. The ferry ride takes about 15 minutes.
