Merge onto BR-116 and follow the signs to Rio de Janeiro. Once you reach Rio de Janeiro, take the exit for RJ-106 towards Grumari. Follow RJ-106 until you arrive at Grumari. Look for signs directing you to Praia do Meio, which is located near the beach area in Grumari. Please note that parking may incur a fee, so be prepared for that.

From the nearest bus station at Serra da Bocaina, take a bus heading to Rio de Janeiro. Once in Rio, transfer to a local bus that goes to Grumari.
