    From the main entrance of Serra da Capivara National Park, take the BR-020 highway east towards Coronel José Dias. Continue for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the town. From there, follow signs to Mirante Serra da Capivara. Note that parking may have a small fee around R$10.

  • Public Transportation

    Take a bus from São Raimundo Nonato to Coronel José Dias. Buses leave regularly from the main bus terminal. Once in Coronel José Dias, hire a local taxi or rideshare to reach Mirante Serra da Capivara. The trip from the town center to the viewpoint is about 5 kilometers and will cost around R$20 to R$30.
