Car
From the main entrance of Serra dos Órgãos National Park, head towards the BR-116 highway. Take the BR-116 towards Rio de Janeiro. After approximately 35 km, take the exit toward Av. Brasil (BR-040) and follow the signs for the city center. Continue on Av. Brasil for about 10 km until you reach the neighborhood of São Cristóvão. Look for signs to Parque da Quinta da Boa Vista. The BioPark of Rio is located within this park at the address Parque da Quinta da Boa Vista S/N - São Cristóvão, Rio de Janeiro - RJ, 20940-040.

Public Transportation
From the main entrance of Serra dos Órgãos National Park, you can take a bus to the nearest major town. Look for buses heading to Petrópolis. Once in Petrópolis, transfer to a bus heading towards Rio de Janeiro. Buses to Rio de Janeiro typically leave from the Rodoviária de Petrópolis. Once you arrive in Rio, disembark at the Terminal Rodoviário Novo Rio. From there, take a local bus (such as the 474 or 438) towards São Cristóvão. Get off at the nearest stop to Parque da Quinta da Boa Vista. The BioPark of Rio is located inside this park. Be sure to check the bus schedule to plan your trip accordingly.
