From Malyovitsa, head south on the main road towards Sapareva Banya. Drive approximately 10 km, following the signs towards Sapareva Banya. Once you reach Sapareva Banya, look for signs directing you to Panichishte Lake. Turn left onto the road leading into the Rila Mountains, and follow this road for about 5 km until you reach the parking area near the lake. Please note that there may be a small parking fee, typically around 3-5 BGN.

From Malyovitsa, take a local bus towards Sapareva Banya. Buses operate frequently and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once in Sapareva Banya, you can either take a taxi to the Panichishte Lake area or check for any shuttle services that may operate in the summer months. If you choose a taxi, the fare should be around 15-20 BGN for the short ride to the lake.

If you prefer a more adventurous route, consider hiking from Malyovitsa to Panichishte Lake. The hike is approximately 10 km and will take around 3-4 hours. Start at the Malyovitsa hut and follow the marked trails leading towards Panichishte Lake.
