Follow the signs to Yagodina village. Once you reach Yagodina, continue to follow the signs towards the Eagle's Eye observation deck (Орлово Око). The final stretch is a winding mountain road that may require a vehicle with good handling. Be prepared for some steep climbs and narrow roads. There is parking available near the observation deck.
