Starting from the center of Assomada, head towards the main avenue, Avenida 1 de Maio. Keep walking straight until you reach the end of the avenue, which will lead you to the intersection at the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the exit towards Tarrafal, which is indicated by signs. Continue walking on the main road, and you will pass by local shops and cafes. After approximately 15-20 minutes, you will reach a bus stop where you can catch a 'Aluguer' (shared taxi) heading to Tarrafal. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they are heading to Tarrafal. The ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Tarrafal, the Placa Tarrafal is a short walk from the bus drop-off point. Head towards the coordinates (76HV+PG3) which is roughly a 10-minute walk from the bus station.
