From Praia do Tarrafal, head southwest on the main road (VR1) towards Praia. After approximately 30 km, you will reach the city of Praia. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the EN1-SF highway. Take the EN1-SF towards the north and follow the signs for Serra Malagueta Natural Park. The park entrance is located at the coordinates 15.1856, -23.6770, near Ribeira Principal.

Public Transportation
To reach Serra Malagueta Natural Park from Praia do Tarrafal using public transport, take a 'Aluguer' (shared taxi) from Tarrafal to Praia. The fare is usually around 200 CVE. Once in Praia, transfer to another 'Aluguer' heading towards Assomada. Inform the driver of your destination, and they will drop you off at the nearest point to the park entrance. You may need to walk approximately 1 km to reach the entrance of the park.
