From downtown Berkeley, walk to the nearest bus stop on Shattuck Avenue. Take the AC Transit bus #18 heading towards 'Transbay Terminal'. Ride for approximately 30 minutes and get off at the 'Chestnut St & Fillmore St' stop in San Francisco. From there, walk 5 minutes towards Lombard St, and you will arrive at 1772 Lombard St.

BART + Bus
Head to the nearest BART station in Berkeley, which is the Downtown Berkeley station. Take the BART train heading towards 'San Francisco - Embarcadero'. After about 20 minutes, get off at 'Montgomery St' station. From there, transfer to Muni bus #30 or #43 towards 'Lombard St'. Ride for about 15 minutes until you reach 'Lombard St & Fillmore St'. Walk 2 minutes to 1772 Lombard St.

Bicycle
If you're feeling adventurous, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Berkeley. Start by heading south on Shattuck Ave towards University Ave. Continue west on University Ave, which will take you across the bridge into San Francisco. Once in San Francisco, turn left on Marina Blvd, then right on Fillmore St, and finally a left on Lombard St. The destination, 1772 Lombard St, will be on your right.

For those who prefer to walk, head towards the nearest BART station or bus stop in Berkeley. Walk to the Downtown Berkeley BART station and take the BART to 'Montgomery St'. From there, you can either walk towards the waterfront and then up to Lombard St, which is about a 30-minute walk, or you can take a bus like the #30 or #43 to get closer. Walking directly from Montgomery St will take you through the beautiful streets of San Francisco, providing a scenic experience.
