Starting from downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea, head southeast towards Ocean Avenue. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with San Carlos Street. Turn right onto San Carlos Street and follow it as it curves and becomes 17-Mile Drive. Continue walking on this road until you reach the intersection with Ocean View Blvd. Turn left onto Ocean View Blvd and continue walking until you reach Perkins Park at 901 Ocean View Blvd. The park entrance will be on your left.

From any location in Carmel-by-the-Sea, find the nearest bus stop for the Monterey-Salinas Transit (MST) service. Board the MST Route 1 bus towards Pacific Grove. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at Ocean View Blvd and 17-Mile Drive. Once you get off, walk east along Ocean View Blvd for a short distance until you arrive at Perkins Park, which will be on your left at 901 Ocean View Blvd.
