From Castro Valley BART Station, take the BART train towards San Francisco/Daly City. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the Montgomery St. Station. Once you exit the station, walk north on Montgomery St. for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Washington St. Turn right onto Washington St. and continue walking for another 2 minutes. You will arrive at 743 Washington St, located on the left side.

Begin your journey from the Castro Valley Transit Center. Take the 31 bus towards Hayward BART. After a short ride, transfer to the 12 bus at Hayward BART heading towards San Francisco. Ride for about 40 minutes, and get off at the Montgomery St. stop. From there, walk north on Montgomery St. for about 5 minutes, then turn right onto Washington St. You will reach 743 Washington St in about 2 minutes.

If you are already in downtown Castro Valley, you can walk to the location. Start from Castro Valley Park and head northwest on Castro Valley Blvd. for approximately 1 mile. Continue straight as Castro Valley Blvd. turns slightly left and becomes Redwood Rd. After about 0.5 miles, turn right onto 1st Ave. Walk for another 0.5 miles until you reach the Hayward BART Station. From there, take the BART train towards San Francisco, and follow the directions given for public transit.
