Catch the AC Transit bus line 33 from any bus stop in Castro Valley. Stay on the bus for about 20-30 minutes until you reach the 'San Francisco Transbay Terminal' stop. From there, walk to the Embarcadero and turn left on Montgomery St. Continue walking for about 5-10 minutes until you reach 600 Montgomery St, where the Transamerica Pyramid is located.
