    From Daly City, head to the Daly City BART station located at 1 BART Station Access Rd, Daly City, CA 94014. Take the BART train towards San Francisco/Daly City. After a short ride, get off at the Balboa Park station. Once you exit the station, transfer to the Muni bus #29 (towards the Golden Gate Park). Stay on the bus for approximately 10 stops (about 20 minutes) until you reach the stop at Sloat Blvd & Upper Great Hwy. The San Francisco Zoo will be a short walk from the bus stop.

The San Francisco Zoo will be on your left. This walk will take approximately 30-40 minutes.
