Getting There

    From La Jolla, walk to the nearest bus stop on La Jolla Blvd. At the bus stop, take the MTS Bus Route 30 towards Downtown San Diego. Ride for about 30 minutes until you reach the stop at 'San Diego Old Town Transit Center'. Once you get off the bus, transfer to the MTS Trolley Green Line towards Santee. Ride the trolley for about 10 minutes and get off at the 'Old Town' station. From the Old Town station, exit and walk about 0.5 miles (approximately 10 minutes) to the Mormon Battalion Historic Site located at 2510 Juan St, San Diego, CA 92110.

    Start your ride from La Jolla by heading southwest on La Jolla Blvd towards Mission Blvd. Continue on Mission Blvd, which becomes Mission Bay Dr. Follow the path along the bay, enjoying the scenery. After about 3 miles, continue onto Pacific Coast Hwy (PCH), then take a left onto W Mission St. Follow W Mission St until it turns into Juan St, where you will find the Mormon Battalion Historic Site at 2510 Juan St, San Diego, CA 92110. The entire ride is approximately 7 miles and should take roughly 30-40 minutes depending on your pace.

Continue on W Mission St until you reach Juan St, then turn right. The Mormon Battalion Historic Site will be on your left at 2510 Juan St, San Diego, CA 92110. This walk is approximately 8 miles and will take about 2.5 to 3 hours.
