From there, it is approximately a 1.5-mile walk to Mission Peak Regional Preserve. Head north on Mission Blvd, then turn left on to the entrance road for the preserve.

    Starting from downtown Livermore, you can rent a bike from a local rental shop. Head south on S Livermore Ave and continue until you reach the intersection with East Avenue. Turn left onto East Avenue and continue on this road, which will take you towards the eastern side of Livermore. Follow East Avenue until it merges with N Livermore Ave. Continue north until you reach Mission Blvd. Turn right and follow Mission Blvd until you arrive at the entrance of Mission Peak Regional Preserve.

    If you are in the central part of Livermore, you can walk to Mission Peak Regional Preserve. Head east on 1st St until you reach North Livermore Ave, then turn left and continue heading north. Walk along North Livermore Ave until you reach Mission Blvd. Turn right and follow Mission Blvd for approximately 2 miles until you reach the entrance of Mission Peak Regional Preserve.
