Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from Cannery Row, head northeast on Cannery Row towards Lighthouse Avenue. Continue straight onto the Coastal Recreation Trail, enjoying views of the ocean. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto Pacific Street. California's First Theatre will be on your right at 366 Pacific St, Monterey, CA 93940.

• Walking

  From Fisherman's Wharf, walk south on the wharf towards Wave Street and turn left. Head east on Wave Street until you reach Del Monte Avenue. Turn right and walk south on Del Monte Avenue until it turns into Pacific Street. Continue walking until you reach California's First Theatre at 366 Pacific St, Monterey, CA 93940.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  If you are near the city center, take the Monterey-Salinas Transit (MST) bus #1 or #2 from the Bus Terminal at Alvarado Street. Get off at the Pacific & Alvarado stop. From there, walk east on Alvarado Street, then turn left on Pacific Street. Walk a few blocks and you will find California's First Theatre at 366 Pacific St, Monterey, CA 93940.

• Biking

  Rent a bike from one of the rental shops near Cannery Row. Head northeast on Cannery Row, then follow the Coastal Recreation Trail, which will take you along the coastline. When you reach Pacific Street, turn left and bike until you reach California's First Theatre at 366 Pacific St, Monterey, CA 93940.
