Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're starting from Cannery Row, head northeast on Lighthouse Avenue towards the intersection with Del Monte Avenue. Turn left onto Del Monte Avenue. Continue walking for about 0.6 miles until you reach the intersection with Corporal Ewing Road. Turn right onto Corporal Ewing Road and walk straight for about 0.3 miles until you see Lower Presidio Historic Park on your left.

    From Fisherman's Wharf, walk southwest along the waterfront on Wharf No. 1 towards the intersection with Del Monte Avenue. Once you reach Del Monte Avenue, turn right and walk along it for approximately 0.8 miles. Turn left onto Corporal Ewing Road, and Lower Presidio Historic Park will be on your left after about 0.3 miles.
