Bus
From downtown Mountain View, head to the Mountain View Caltrain Station located at 600 W Evelyn Ave. Take the Caltrain towards San Francisco and get off at the Pescadero stop. From there, you can catch the 17 local bus heading towards Pigeon Point Lighthouse. After about a 30-minute bus ride, disembark at the 'Pigeon Point Lighthouse' stop. The lighthouse will be a short walk from the bus stop.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops in Mountain View. Head south on Castro Street, then take a left onto El Camino Real. Continue on El Camino Real for about 10 miles until you reach Pescadero. From there, follow the signs to Pigeon Point Lighthouse, which is about a 3-mile ride from the main road. The ride will take approximately 1 hour.

Walking to Pigeon Point Lighthouse from Mountain View is quite a trek. Start at the Mountain View Caltrain Station and head south on Castro Street. Walk towards El Camino Real, where you can find a local bus that heads towards Pescadero.
