Public Transportation - Bus

From any location in Uptown Oakland, locate the nearest AC Transit bus stop. You can take the AC Transit Bus Line 40 towards the 'MacArthur BART' direction. Get off at the stop at 'Lakeside Dr & 14th St'. From there, walk southeast on Lakeside Drive for about 0.2 miles. The Camron-Stanford House will be on your left at 1418 Lakeside Drive. Please note that a one-way bus fare is $2.50, and you can pay using cash or a Clipper card.
