Walking
From Grant Avenue, a main thoroughfare in Chinatown, turn onto Washington Street and walk west towards Stockton Street. Ross Alley is a small alleyway located on the left-hand side, between Grant and Stockton. The factory is located midway down the alley on the left. Be prepared for a short wait, as the alley and factory can get crowded.

From the Ferry Building, walk to Clay Street & Drumm Street and take the 1 Muni bus (Geary + 33rd Avenue). Exit at Sacramento Street & Grant Avenue. Walk up Grant Street, then turn left on Washington Street; Ross Alley will be immediately on your right. A single Muni fare is $2.50.

Ask your driver to take you to 56 Ross Alley in Chinatown. Note that Ross Alley is a pedestrian alley, so the driver will likely drop you off at the corner of Washington Street and Ross Alley. From there, it is a short walk down the alley to the Fortune Cookie Factory. A short taxi ride within Chinatown should cost approximately $12-$16.
