The train will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the San Francisco Caltrain Station, exit the station and walk towards 4th Street. Turn right on 4th Street and walk to the Muni Metro station at 4th and King. Take the T or N line towards the Embarcadero and get off at the Montgomery St station. From there, walk north on Montgomery St until you reach 3rd St. Turn left on 3rd St, and continue walking until you arrive at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art located at 151 3rd St.
