From the San Mateo Caltrain Station, take the Caltrain northbound towards San Francisco. Get off at the Millbrae station and transfer to the BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) system. Board a BART train heading towards the East Bay (Dublin/Pleasanton or Fremont direction). Get off at the Embarcadero station in San Francisco. From there, transfer to a bus or rideshare service to reach the Presidio. The closest bus stop is the Presidio Transit Center, and from there, you can walk to SenSpa located at 1161 Gorgas Ave.

If you are near the Golden Gate Bridge, you can walk to SenSpa. Head towards the Presidio and follow the signs to the Main Post. Once you reach the Main Post, continue walking southwest until you reach Gorgas Ave. Turn left on Gorgas Ave and walk until you find SenSpa at 1161 Gorgas Ave.
