    From the center of Santa Clarita, make your way to the Santa Clarita Transit Center located at 20100 Soledad Canyon Road. Catch the Metro Line 245 bus towards 'Los Angeles' and get off at the 'Pico Canyon Rd & Valencia Blvd' stop. Here, transfer to the Metro Line 501 bus towards 'Malibu'. Stay on this bus for about 30 minutes. You will arrive at 'Malibu Pier' stop. From there, it’s just a short walk to the Malibu Pier located at 23000 CA-1.

  • Train and Bus

    Start at the Santa Clarita Metrolink Station located at 22306 Soledad Canyon Rd. Board a Metrolink train towards Union Station, Los Angeles. After about a 35-minute ride, get off at the 'Oxnard' station. From there, catch the Ventura County Transit Bus Line 2 towards 'Malibu'. Ride for approximately 45 minutes until you reach 'Malibu Pier'. The pier is just a few minutes' walk from the bus stop.

    If you're up for a bike ride, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Santa Clarita. Start your journey by heading south on the bike path from the Santa Clarita city center. Follow the bike path towards the Santa Clara River and continue to connect to the bike trail that leads to Malibu. The ride is about 25 miles, so be prepared for a scenic adventure. Once you reach Malibu, follow the signs towards CA-1 and you'll find the Malibu Pier at 23000 CA-1.
