Getting There

Car

If you're driving, head towards Palo Alto by entering the nearest highway to your location, either US-101 or I-280. If you are on US-101, take the Palo Alto exit (Exit 402) and merge onto Embarcadero Rd. Continue on Embarcadero Rd until you reach Middlefield Rd. Turn left onto Middlefield Rd; the Palo Alto Junior Museum and Zoo will be on your right at 1451 Middlefield Rd, Palo Alto, CA 94301. Parking is available on-site.
Public Transportation (Caltrain)

If you're using public transportation, take the Caltrain to the Palo Alto Station. From the station, you can either take a bus or a rideshare service. If you choose a bus, board the 35 or 86 bus and ride until you reach the Middlefield Rd & Embarcadero Rd stop. From there, it's a short walk (approximately 10 minutes) to the museum located at 1451 Middlefield Rd. Make sure to check the Caltrain schedule for departure times.
Public Transportation (Bus)

Alternatively, you can take the VTA Bus 22 or 23 to the Middlefield Rd & Embarcadero Rd stop. Once you get off the bus, walk south on Middlefield Rd for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at the Palo Alto Junior Museum and Zoo located at 1451 Middlefield Rd, Palo Alto, CA 94301.
