If you're traveling by car from anywhere in Westside, start by heading south on CA-33 S. After about 12 miles, merge onto I-5 N toward Los Angeles. Continue on I-5 N for about 7 miles, then take exit 253 for CA-58 W toward Bakersfield. After about 15 miles on CA-58 W, take the exit toward Buttonwillow. Follow the signs for Station Road and turn right. Continue straight for about 2 miles, and you'll see the Tule Elk Reserve State Natural Reserve on your left at 8653 Station Rd, Buttonwillow, CA 93206.
