Getting There

  • Motorbike/Car

    From Stung Treng town, take National Road No. 7 northwest for approximately 24km. Look for a large sign indicating Koh Han CBET on the left-hand side. Follow the direction sign for 4km to reach the ferry port. A ferry is required to cross the Mekong River to Koh Snaeng. The CBET information center is located next to the ferry port on Koh Snaeng. Expect to pay around 5,000-10,000 KHR for a motorbike taxi from Stung Treng to the ferry port. The ferry crossing costs approximately 1,000 KHR per person.

  • Boat

    Alternatively, you can take a community boat directly from Stung Treng town to the CBET site. This journey takes approximately 50 minutes. Negotiate the price with the boat operator before departure; expect to pay around 20,000-30,000 KHR per person.
