From any location in Pembina Valley, head to Provincial Road 520 (MB-520). If you are near the town of La Riviere, take MB-3 North towards Carman, then follow the signs for MB-520 and head East. If you are coming from Morden or Winkler, take MB-3 North to the junction with MB-520, then head East. Continue on MB-520 for approximately 40 km until you reach Pinawa. The Pinawa Dam Provincial Heritage Park will be on your left, marked by signage. There is no entry fee to access the park.
