If you are driving, start from the main entrance of Valle de la Luna, located just off the main road (Ruta 23). Drive on the main road and follow the signs towards 'Valle de la Luna'. After entering the park, continue along the main loop until you reach a fork in the road. Take the right fork which leads towards the 'Tres Marias'. The drive will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Park in the designated parking area near the Three Marias. Please note that there is an entrance fee to the park, which is usually around CLP 3,000-6,000 per person.

If you are using public transportation, take a local bus from San Pedro de Atacama to Valle de la Luna. Buses typically leave every 30 minutes from the central bus terminal. The fare is approximately CLP 2,500. Once you arrive at the Valle de la Luna bus stop, you will need to walk towards the park entrance, which is about a 10-15 minute walk. After entering, follow the signs to the Three Marias; you can expect to walk another 30-40 minutes to reach this specific formation.
