Follow this road until you reach the intersection with P.º Yugoslavo. Turn left onto P.º Yugoslavo, and continue driving until you reach the observation deck at P.º Yugoslavo 123-171. Parking may be limited in the area, so be prepared to find a nearby street parking spot.

To use public transportation, take the Valparaíso Metro to the 'Barón' station. Once you arrive at Barón station, exit and walk towards the coast to catch a local micro (bus) that goes to Cerro Alegre or Cerro Concepción. Get off at any stop along P.º Yugoslavo.
