Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the heart of Cartagena's historic district, start at the Plaza de los Coches, a popular square surrounded by restaurants and shops. From the plaza, head southeast on Calle 31 towards the clock tower (Torre del Reloj). Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Calle 33. Turn left onto Calle 33 and walk about 200 meters. You will see Baluarte de Santiago Apostol on your right, located at Cl. 33 #2.

  • Walking from Getsemani

    If you are in the Getsemani neighborhood, start at the Parque del Centenario. Head northeast towards Calle 30, then turn left onto Calle 30 and walk until you reach Avenida del Arsenal. Turn right on Avenida del Arsenal and continue straight. You will soon reach the intersection with Calle 33. Turn left onto Calle 33 and walk about 300 meters; Baluarte de Santiago Apostol will be on your left at Cl. 33 #2.
