Car
From Cocora Valley, head towards Salento on the road that leads out of the valley. Once in Salento, take the road towards Manizales. Continue on this road for approximately 30 km until you reach the junction for Murillo. Turn left and follow the signs for Murillo. After about 15 km, you will arrive at the entrance of Los Nevados National Park, located at Carretera Manizales - Bogotá Km. 45, Murillo, Tolima. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for mountain roads, as some sections can be steep and winding.

Public Transportation
From Cocora Valley, take a jeep (Willys) to Salento, which typically costs around 3,000 COP. From Salento, locate the bus terminal and take a bus to Manizales, which costs approximately 15,000 COP. The bus ride takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once in Manizales, take another bus to Murillo (this bus may leave from the same terminal). The fare is around 8,000 COP, and the journey takes about 1 hour. Finally, from Murillo, you can hire a local taxi or find a shared vehicle that can take you to the entrance of Los Nevados National Park. Make sure to confirm the total fare before the ride.
