Head towards the main trail that leads into the valley, and look for signs that guide you to the Casa. The walk is scenic, with beautiful views of the wax palms and surrounding nature.

For those using public transportation, head to the main square in Salento where you can catch a jeep (also known as a Willys) to Cocora Valley. The ride costs approximately 3,000 COP per person and takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Cocora Valley, disembark where the jeeps drop off tourists. From there, you will need to walk approximately 15 minutes to reach Casa de los Colibríes del Valle de Cocora. Follow the main trail into the valley and look for directional signs to the Casa.
