Getting There

  • Walking

    Start at the Glenwood Springs Amtrak Station located at 413 7th St, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601. From the station, head east on 7th St toward Grand Ave. Continue straight onto the pedestrian bridge that crosses the Colorado River. Once across the bridge, turn right onto Grand Ave. Walk south for about 0.2 miles until you reach the Glenwood Springs City Market on your left. This is a good place to stock up on snacks or water for your hike.

  • Public Transit

    From City Market, take the Roaring Fork Transit Authority (RFTA) bus. Board the bus on the stop located near the entrance of City Market. You will want to take the bus that heads towards Aspen. Inform the driver you want to get off at the Grizzly Creek Trailhead stop. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes.
