Getting There

    From Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve, head east on CO-150 N. Continue on CO-150 N for approximately 6 miles. Look for the signs for Zapata Falls; you will turn left onto a dirt road marked for the trailhead. Drive approximately 2 miles on the dirt road until you reach the Zapata Falls Trailhead parking area. Please note that a National Park Pass or a day-use fee may be required for parking.
