Car
If you are driving from the center of High Plains, head south on Main St toward E 1st St. Continue on Main St until you reach US-287 S. Merge onto US-287 S and continue for approximately 30 miles. Take the exit for CO-66 W toward Longmont. Merge onto CO-66 W and drive for about 25 miles. Continue on CO-66 W until you reach I-70 W. Take I-70 W for about 20 miles and then exit onto US-40 W toward Evergreen. Follow this road for approximately 10 miles. Turn right onto Mount Blue Sky Rd, and continue for a little over 2 miles until you arrive at Mount Goliath Natural Area & Dos Chappell Nature Center. Note that parking may be available on-site, but it is advisable to check for any fees or restrictions.

To reach Mount Goliath Natural Area & Dos Chappell Nature Center via public transportation, start by taking the local bus service from High Plains to Denver. Once in Denver, transfer to the RTD (Regional Transportation District) bus service heading to Evergreen. The RTD bus stops near the Evergreen area. Once you get off, you can either walk or use a rideshare service to get to Mount Blue Sky Rd. The total travel time can vary, so it is recommended to check the RTD website for current schedules and fares. Expect to pay a fare for both the local bus and RTD services.
