Getting There

• Public Transit

  Start at the Monument Town Center. Walk to the nearest bus stop and take the Mountain Metropolitan Transit (MMT) bus route 38 towards Colorado Springs. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Manitou Springs stop, which is near the intersection of Manitou Avenue and El Paso Boulevard. From there, walk east on Manitou Avenue for about 0.5 miles until you reach the Wheeler Town Clock, located in the center of Manitou Springs.

  If you have a bicycle, you can ride from Monument to Manitou Springs. Start from the Monument Town Center and head south on Monument Hill Road. Follow the road until it merges with Highway 105. Continue south on Highway 105, which eventually becomes Manitou Avenue as you enter Manitou Springs. The ride is about 10 miles and should take around 45 minutes to an hour, depending on your pace. Once you reach Manitou Springs, look for the Wheeler Town Clock, which is located centrally in the town.

Follow Highway 105 south for approximately 10 miles. This route will take you through scenic areas and may take around 3 to 4 hours on foot. Once you arrive in Manitou Springs, navigate towards Manitou Avenue, where you'll find the Wheeler Town Clock.
