    From the Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York City, take the NJ Transit bus #166 towards Tenafly. The bus runs frequently, with a journey time of approximately 1 hour and 2 minutes. Disembark at the Hillside Avenue at Highwood Avenue stop in Tenafly. From there, it's approximately a 15-20 minute walk to Greenbrook Nature Sanctuary on Green Brook Road. NJ Transit bus fare is around $8-$65. Alternatively, from Jersey City, take the PATH train to 33rd Street in Manhattan, then transfer to the NJ Transit bus #166 at Port Authority Bus Terminal.

    From the intersection of Hillside Avenue and Highwood Avenue in Tenafly, proceed north on Highwood Avenue. Turn left onto Green Brook Road. Continue on Green Brook Road for approximately 1 mile. The entrance to Greenbrook Nature Sanctuary will be on your left. Note that Greenbrook is a members-only sanctuary, and you must have a valid membership to enter.

    From the Palisades Interstate Parkway, take Exit 2. Head east on East Clinton Avenue towards Tenafly. Turn right onto Green Brook Road. Continue on Green Brook Road, the sanctuary entrance will be on your right. Limited parking is available at the sanctuary. Parking fees may apply in the Palisades Interstate Park area.
