You will need to transfer at 149th Street - Grand Concourse to the 4 train. Take the 4 train towards Woodlawn and get off at the Kingsbridge Road station. From there, exit the station and head east on Kingsbridge Road until you reach the Grand Concourse. Poe Park will be on your left, situated between East 192nd Street and East Kingsbridge Road.
