Getting There

Walking
From the center of Avarua, head west on Ara Tapu Road (the main road). Continue walking for approximately 3 kilometers. You will pass several local shops and cafes. Keep an eye out for the sign for Maungaroa Drive, which will be on your left. Turn left onto Maungaroa Drive and continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer. Highland Paradise will be on your right side. Look for the entrance marked with a sign.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Avarua. Start your journey by heading west along Ara Tapu Road. After approximately 3 kilometers, look for Maungaroa Drive on your left.
